Summit Golf Lab is currently preparing for its anticipated opening.

An estimated or anticipated opening date does not constitute a guarantee that the Facility will open on a particular date.
4. FOUNDING MEMBER WAITLIST
Joining the Summit Golf Lab Founding Member Waitlist is free unless expressly stated otherwise.
Joining the waitlist:
• Does not purchase or activate a membership • Does not authorize a recurring membership charge • Does not provide facility access • Does not provide reservation privileges • Does not guarantee membership availability • Does not guarantee any particular membership price • Does not guarantee a specific opening date • Does not create a contractual membership relationship
Summit may contact waitlist participants regarding opening information, membership availability, events, promotions, and related Summit Golf Lab information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Founding memberships may be limited in quantity.
Any procedure for offering memberships to waitlist participants will be communicated when memberships become available.
5. MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Membership pricing and features displayed on the Website are informational until a membership is actually offered and accepted through Summit's designated membership enrollment process.
The current planned standard membership may include features such as:

Actual memberships will be governed by a separate Summit Golf Lab Membership Agreement, Facility Rules, Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability, payment authorization, and any other terms presented during enrollment.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a Member's separately accepted Membership Agreement, the Membership Agreement will control regarding membership and Facility use.
6. PRICING
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing.
Prices, promotions, membership structures, guest fees, and other charges may change before a customer enters into a binding transaction, subject to applicable law.
Displaying a price on the Website does not by itself create a binding offer or guarantee future availability.
When paid recurring memberships become available, recurring billing, automatic renewal, and cancellation terms will be separately and conspicuously disclosed during enrollment.
7. RESERVATIONS AND FACILITY ACCESS
Website descriptions concerning future reservations or Facility access are informational until Summit Golf Lab begins operations.
Actual reservation and access privileges will be governed by:

8. GUESTS

A parent or legally authorized guardian may be required to execute additional documents for minor participants.

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Simulator measurements and golf-performance information may be affected by factors including:
