How It Works
Summit Golf Lab is designed to make indoor golf simple, flexible, and available on your schedule. From joining to booking your first round, here's how membership works.
1. Join the Founding Member Waitlist
Summit Golf Lab membership is limited to just 90 members — only 30 memberships per simulator bay — to help preserve booking availability.
Joining the waitlist is free and does not require payment or commitment.
As membership spots become available, we'll contact waitlist members with an invitation to activate their Summit Golf Lab membership.
2. Activate Your Membership Online
When your membership opportunity becomes available, you'll complete your enrollment online.
Your Summit Golf Lab membership is $180 per month and includes unlimited simulator access with no hourly bay fees or per-session charges, subject to booking availability and facility rules.
During enrollment, you'll:

Review and accept the Membership Agreement

Complete the required liability waiver

Review the Facility Rules

Complete your membership activation
Memberships are month-to-month.
3. Complete Your Member Access Orientation
Before independent 24/7 facility access is activated, every new member will complete a brief Member Access Orientation at Summit Golf Lab.
This orientation is designed to make sure you're comfortable using the facility on your own.
We'll walk through:

Facility entry and electronic access

Booking and reservation procedures

Simulator and GSPro basics
-
Safe use of the hitting bays

Guest access and guest requirements

Facility expectations and security
-
What to do if equipment or access isn't working
Once your orientation is complete, your 24/7 member access will be activated.
4. Book Your Simulator Time Online
Once your access is active, reserve simulator time anytime through our online booking system.
You'll be able to view real-time availability and book the time that works for you.
Booking Rules:

14-Day Booking Window
Reserve simulator time up to 14 days in advance.

2 Active Reservations
Members may hold up to two upcoming reservations at a time.

Up to 3 Hours Per Reservation
Individual reservations may be up to three hours long.
These limits help keep booking availability fair for all 90 Summit Golf Lab members.
5. Receive Your Access Instructions
After booking, you'll receive the information needed for your visit through Summit Golf Lab's automated access system.
Your access credentials are personal to you and may not be shared.
Guests enter with the sponsoring member and must complete any required Summit Golf Lab waiver before participating.
6. Arrive, Unlock & Play
Show up for your scheduled reservation, enter using your authorized access credentials, and head to your reserved simulator bay.
Summit Golf Lab is designed as a primarily self-service facility, so you can practice or play without waiting for staff or working around traditional business hours.

Once you've completed your Member Access Orientation, Summit Golf Lab is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
