MEMBERSHIP FAQ'S
-
Is the $180 membership really unlimited?
Yes. Your $180 monthly membership includes simulator access with no additional hourly bay fees. Members may reserve and use available simulator time as often as they would like, subject to Summit Golf Lab’s booking policies and availability.
-
How does booking work?
Members reserve simulator bays online through the Summit Golf Lab booking system.
Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance, members may hold up to two active reservations at a time, and individual reservations may be up to three hours long.
These limits are designed to keep booking availability fair for all members.
-
Does my membership guarantee a specific tee time?
No. Membership provides access to available simulator reservations but does not guarantee a particular bay, day, or time.
One of the reasons Summit Golf Lab is limiting total membership to just 90 members — 30 memberships per simulator bay — is to help maintain strong booking availability.
-
How many members will Summit Golf Lab have?
Membership is capped at 90 total members.
With three simulator bays, that equals only 30 memberships per bay.
The membership cap is intentional. We want members to actually be able to use the facility rather than overselling memberships and making reservations difficult to find.
-
Is Summit Golf Lab open 24/7?
Once the facility officially opens, active members will have 24/7 access.
Summit Golf Lab is designed as a primarily self-service facility, so staff may not always be physically present.
-
How do I get into the facility?
After making a reservation, members will receive the access information needed to enter Summit Golf Lab using our electronic access system.
Access credentials are personal and may not be shared with other people.
-
Is Summit Golf Lab staffed?
Summit Golf Lab is designed as a primarily self-service, 24/7 member facility.

-
Can I bring a guest?
Yes.
Members may bring guests during their reserved simulator session for $15 per guest, per visit.
The sponsoring member must remain present with their guests during the reservation.
Guests may be required to complete Summit Golf Lab’s liability waiver before participating.
-
Can my guest use Summit Golf Lab without me?
No.
Guest access is tied to an active member’s reservation, and the sponsoring member must remain present during the guest’s visit.
Access codes and member credentials may not be shared.
-
Can children use Summit Golf Lab?
Yes, minors may participate when appropriately supervised by a responsible adult and in accordance with Summit Golf Lab’s facility rules.
Minor participants may be required to have a parent or legal guardian complete a participation waiver before using the facility.

What golf simulator technology does Summit Golf Lab use?
Each simulator bay is powered by the Uneekor EYE XO launch monitor and GSPro golf simulation software.
The system provides detailed ball and club data for practice while also allowing members to play realistic virtual rounds across a large selection of golf courses.
-
What data can I see during a practice session?
Depending on the selected software mode and shot, the Uneekor EYE XO system can provide detailed performance information such as:
-
Ball speed
-
Club speed
-
Launch angle
-
Spin
-
Club path
-
Face angle
-
Carry distance
-
Dispersion
-
Shot history and consistency data
This allows members to use Summit Golf Lab for both recreational play and focused practice.
-
Can I play full rounds of golf?
Absolutely.
GSPro allows members to play realistic virtual rounds in addition to using the simulators for practice, club gapping, shot analysis, and other training.
-
Is Summit Golf Lab only for experienced golfers?
No.

-
Are food and drinks allowed?
-
Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be permitted in designated areas, subject to Summit Golf Lab’s Facility Rules.
Food and beverages should always be kept away from computers, launch monitors, and other simulator equipment.

Summit Golf Lab’s final alcohol policy will be communicated before opening and will comply with applicable Colorado and local requirements.
Regardless of the final policy, members and guests may not use the facility in an unsafe manner while impaired.
-
Are there security cameras?

For member safety, security, access verification, loss prevention, and protection of the facility and equipment, video surveillance may be used in and around Summit Golf Lab.
Cameras will not be installed in restrooms or other areas where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
-

As construction and opening preparations progress, waitlist participants will receive updated information regarding the official opening date and membership activation.
